At Downeast Chandlery we know what it's like to be stuck in a new port without transportation or local knowledge. Owned and operated by local licensed professional mariners with decades of experience shipping out on vessels of all types and sizes, near and far, we strive to help connect you with the services you need while in port.

From naval frigates and drill ships across the Atlantic to commercial tug and barge cargo operations throughout the United States and Canada; from commercial fishing vessels in Maine to dive expedition and research vessels in the Indian Ocean; from 19th century tall ships in the Great Lakes to cruising Downeast in our own sailboats; there isn't much we haven't seen.
